Front Punch - Punch using the same arm as the advancing leg. When using the reverse arm (opposite arm to the leg in front) this karate technique is known as Yako tsuki.
Low Block - Extend your arm making a fist. Use the same arm as the advancing leg. This is the most common low block karate technique in Shitoryu
High Block - Extend Your arm making a fist to stop an attack aiming the upper side of your body. Your arm makes a 45 degree angle.
Block from the Inside to the Outside of your body. The same technique but from the outside to the inside of the body is known as Yoko uchi.
Block with an open hand in form of a sword.
Front Kick. Mae (前) return to starting position, Oi (追い) advancing from the starting position. First raise your knee, aim and extend your leg. Hit your opponent with the ball of your feet (Yosokutei).
